Refund policy
Try Vera in your own workflow. If you change your mind, request a refund within 14 days.
1. A 14-day change-of-mind window
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the purchase time shown on your receipt. The window applies to each paid Vera purchase, including any separately purchased major upgrade.
You can download, install and use Vera during this period. You do not need to prove a fault or agree to troubleshooting to qualify for a change-of-mind refund.
We use the date and time you send your request, not the date we finish processing it. After 14 days, we do not ordinarily offer change-of-mind refunds.
2. How to request a refund
Email veracalendar.support@gmail.com with your order number or receipt and the email address used to buy Vera. A reason is welcome but optional for a request within the change-of-mind window.
If your receipt is unavailable, contact us with other reasonable proof of purchase. Do not send passwords, card details or your workspace database. You may also contact Lemon Squeezy through its purchase support channels.
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment service, normally to the original payment method. Payment-provider and bank processing times vary. We will not substitute store credit for a monetary refund without your agreement.
3. Faults and your consumer rights
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law and other applicable consumer laws are additional to this offer and may apply after 14 days. Downloading or using Vera does not remove those rights.
For a major failure, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement and other remedies provided by law. For a minor failure, a free fix within a reasonable time may be appropriate. If a problem cannot be fixed within a reasonable time, further remedies may be available.
Contact us with a description of the problem and reasonable proof of purchase. We may need to assess a reported fault, but will not make a remedy depend on buying an upgrade or giving up your legal rights.
See the ACCC’s consumer remedy guidance. Any mandatory withdrawal or cancellation rights in your country also remain available.
4. What happens after a refund
A full refund ends the licence supplied by that purchase. Stop using and remove the affected copy unless another valid licence covers it. If only a separately purchased major upgrade is refunded, an earlier licence bought separately remains valid.
We may stop providing download access for the refunded purchase. Vera does not use recurring licence checks, and a refund does not remotely disable your installed app or delete your local data. Back up or export what you need before removing the app.
A partial refund does not automatically cancel your licence.
5. Payment-provider decisions
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record. Its own buyer terms and legal obligations also apply. It reserves the right to issue refunds within 60 days of purchase to help prevent chargebacks; our 14-day change-of-mind offer does not prevent those decisions or limit statutory rights.
See Lemon Squeezy’s refund information. This policy does not restrict a lawful payment dispute.
